- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of AI services provided by Netraedge (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including services delivered via API, enterprise integrations, web interfaces, or other contractual delivery methods (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to these Terms.
- Scope of Services
Netraedge provides AI-powered data processing and analytical services.
The Services:
- Do not require user registration or accounts
- Are provided on a session-based, API-based, or contractual basis
- Do not include financial, legal, or medical advisory services
- Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal authority to bind your organization (if applicable)
- Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content
- Submit data without legal rights to process it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or models
- Circumvent security or access controls
- Introduce malware or malicious payloads
- Use the Services to violate applicable laws or regulations
- Customer Data & Ownership
5.1 Input Data
You retain full ownership of all data submitted to the Services.
5.2 Output Data
You own the AI-generated outputs derived from your input data unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.3 Platform IP
Netraedge retains exclusive ownership of:
- AI models
- Algorithms
- Software
- Infrastructure
- Documentation
- Trademarks and branding
- Data Processing & Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with:
- Netraedge Privacy Policy
- Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
- GDPR and applicable data protection laws
Customer data is not used for AI training without explicit written consent.
- Confidentiality
Both parties agree to:
- Keep confidential information secure
- Use it solely for contractual purposes
- Apply reasonable security measures
- Security
Netraedge implements:
- Encryption at rest and in transit
- Role-based access control
- Logging and monitoring
- Incident response procedures
- SOC-2 / ISO-27001 aligned controls
However, no system is completely risk-free.
- AI Output Disclaimer
You acknowledge that:
- AI outputs are probabilistic
- Outputs may contain errors or omissions
- Outputs are provided “as is”
- You are responsible for validating outputs before use
- Netraedge does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose
- Fees & Payments
If applicable:
- Fees are defined by contract or invoice
- Payments are due within agreed terms
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Service Availability
Netraedge aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, outages, or force majeure events may occur.
- Termination
Netraedge may suspend or terminate Services if:
- These Terms are violated
- Required by law
- Security risks arise
Upon termination, data will be deleted per the DPA.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Netraedge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Netraedge against claims arising from:
- Your misuse of the Services
- Your submitted data
- Violation of applicable laws
- Force Majeure
Netraedge is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Courts of the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
